Patrick Poole an anti-terrorism consultant to law enforcement and the military, and a recognized expert on the international Muslim Brotherhood. He is a member of Team B II, and a co-author of Shariah: The Threat to America.

In November 2010, Mr. Poole authored a white paper for the Center for Security Policy, “10 Failures of the US Government to the Domestic Islamist Threat,” (PDF) a review of negligence, naivete and “willful blindness” to influence operations into American law enforcement institutions by the Muslim Brotherhood.

Mr. Poole is a regular contributor to Andrew Breitbart’s national security website Big Peace, where he has broken several important stories.

Patrick Poole’s investigative pieces are not isolated outrages. They record the fruits of the current national security establishment’s myopic approach to combating terror; by deeming the enemy’s stated threat doctrine off-limits, authorities have no way of comprehending the threat we face or devising a strategy to combat it. These missteps will continue—or even multiply—as the institutions tasked with protecting Americans look for “moderates” in just the wrong places, entrusting the Muslim Brotherhood with helping it to understand the phenomenon of Islamic terror.
